When installing radiant heat, Oxygen barrier PEX pipe is the most valuable distribution system. Since our boilers are “closed-loop” systems, the addition of air through standard PEX could eventually cause failure due to airlocks.

PEX pipe can be installed with several different fastening systems from clips you nail by hand, to pneumatic driven PEX staples. We have access to plywood sub-flooring which allows PEX installation into pre-cut grooves. Feel free to browse the “How it Works” page or Contact us for more information.

We use copper manifolds for our distribution system. Currently we offer the sizes shown on the left which are two and three branch manifolds with and without valves. Standard is a 1” trunk with ½” PEX fittings. The manifolds can be soldered together to make any size system that you may require.
